About the Program
Our hiring partners are looking for talent in the Zoho ecosystem, and this returnship
program is designed to help professionals restart their careers through hands-on
training in building scalable business solutions and CRM automation systems.
Training Focus
- Zoho CRM customization and automation
- Deluge scripting (Zoho’s proprietary scripting language)
- Zoho Creator application development
- Workflow automation, blueprints, and business process design
- Integration with third-party applications using APIs
- Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Campaigns (ecosystem exposure)
- Real-time CRM implementation projects
Preferred Background
- Experience in CRM tools, SaaS platforms, or web development
- Basic understanding of scripting/programming concepts
- Prior exposure to automation tools or business applications is a plus
Certifications
- Foundation: Zoho CRM Fundamentals Certificate
- Completion: Zoho CRM & Creator Professional Certificate
Program Structure
Phase 1 – FREE Training (3 Months)
- Structured technical training with industry-relevant curriculum
- Hands-on project development with real-time use cases
- Continuous mentorship from industry experts
- Weekly evaluations and performance tracking
- Mode: Offline (Baner, Pune)
Phase 2
Post successful completion of the training, top-performing candidates who are selected for client projects may be offered full-time roles with a compensation of 8–12 LPA.
Work Mode: Strictly Work From Office (Baner, Pune)
Note: Candidate performance will be evaluated continuously during training. Non-
performing candidates may be discontinued from the program.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2+ years of prior experience in any IT / technology field or domain (before the
career break) - Career break between 6 months to 5 years
- Only candidates with Graduation year 2023 or earlier and Post-Graduation year 2025 or
earlier are eligible to apply
