About the Program
We are hiring Salesforce professionals looking to restart their careers through a
structured returnship program. This initiative provides deep, hands-on training across
the Salesforce ecosystem, preparing candidates for enterprise-level CRM
implementations.
Training Focus (Technically Intensive)
- Apex programming, triggers, and batch processing
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) & Aura framework
- Salesforce administration, roles, profiles & security
- Integration using REST/SOAP APIs
- Deployment using CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
- Real-time CRM project implementation (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
Preferred Background
- Experience in CRM, Java, or Web Development
- Understanding of object-oriented programming
Certifications
- Foundation: Salesforce Fundamentals Certificate
- Completion: Salesforce Administrator & Developer Professional Certificate
Program Structure
Phase 1 – FREE Training (3 Months)
- Structured technical training with industry-relevant curriculum

Phase 2 – Full-Time Opportunity

Note: Candidate performance will be evaluated continuously during training. Non-
performing candidates may be discontinued from the program.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2+ years of prior experience in any IT / technology field or domain (before the
career break) - Career break between 6 months to 5 years
- Only candidates with Graduation year 2023 or earlier and Post-Graduation year 2025 or
earlier are eligible to apply
