About the Program
VishvaVidya’s Return to Work Program is designed to support talented professionals who have taken a career break and are ready to restart their careers in technology.
Selected candidates will undergo a 3-month structured training program focused on refreshing technical skills and gaining hands-on experience through real-world projects.
Participants will receive mentorship, practical exposure, and skill-building opportunities to transition smoothly back into the technology industry.
Enhance technical skills in Python, NLP, Prompt Engineering, and RAG, and gain hands-on experience with frameworks like LangChain and Hugging Face Transformers. Also build expertise in vector databases, APIs, and cloud platforms to develop scalable GenAI solutions.
From the 4th Month of the program, top-performing candidates will be offered full-time roles with a compensation package ranging between 8–12 LPA based on experience & performance.
Note: Candidate performance will be evaluated continuously during the training period. Non-performing candidates may be discontinued from the program.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured AI AI training sessions
- Work on real-world development projects under mentor guidance
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code
- Develop and integrate REST APIs
- Debug, test, and optimize applications
- Collaborate with development teams to build scalable solutions
Technical Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Python programming
- Understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Familiarity with REST APIs
- Experience with databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB)
- Knowledge of Git version control
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of prior software development experience (before career break)
- Career break between 6 months to 5 years
- Post-Graduation in Computer Science / IT (MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc IT or related field)
- Strong willingness to reskill, upskill, and restart a tech career
Note: Only 2023 or before Graduates will be considered.
