VishvaVidya’s Return to Work Program is designed to support talented professionals who have taken a career break and are ready to restart their careers in technology.Selected candidates will undergo a 3-month structured training program focused on refreshing technical skills and learning Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools along with development concepts, while gaining hands-on experience through real-world projects.Participants will receive mentorship, practical exposure, and skill-building opportunities to transition smoothly back into the technology industry.From the 4th Month of the program, top-performing candidates will be offered full-time roles with a compensation package ranging between 8–12 LPA based on experience & performance.

Note: Candidate performance will be evaluated continuously during the training period. Non-performing candidates may be discontinued from the program.Key Responsibilities
• Participate in structured technical training sessions including RPA tool training
• Work on automation and development projects under mentor guidance
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Develop automation workflows using RPA tools
• Integrate applications and systems using APIs where required
• Debug, test, and optimize applications and automation processes
• Collaborate with development teams to build scalable solutionsTechnical Skills Required
• Strong knowledge of Core Java and OOP concepts
• Understanding of logic building, data structures, and algorithms
• Basic understanding of automation concepts or scripting
• Familiarity with REST APIs and databases
• Knowledge of Git version control
• Willingness to learn and work with RPA tools during the program
Eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of prior software development experience (before career break)
• Career break between 6 months to 5 years
• Post-Graduation in Computer Science / IT (MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc IT or related field)
• Strong willingness to reskill, upskill, and restart a tech career

Note: Only 2023 or before Graduates will be considered.

Structure – Conditional Offer Letter: CTC 8-12 LPA
Phase 1 – Completely FREE Training (3 Months)
• Structured technical + RPA tool training
• Hands-on automation and development project work
• Mentorship and skill evaluation
Phase 2 – Full-Time Opportunity
In the 4th month full-time employment offers will be offered to existing candidates in the CTC range 8–12 LPA.
