About the Program
A structured returnship program designed to help professionals restart their careers by
building enterprise-grade applications using the Mendix low-code platform. The
program focuses on hands-on learning, real-world project exposure, and industry-
relevant skills, with placement opportunities through our hiring partners upon
successful completion.

- Mendix Studio Pro and low-code fundamentals
- Domain modeling and microflows
- UI/UX implementation within Mendix
- Integration with external systems
- Agile development practices

Program Structure
Phase 1 – FREE Training (3 Months)
- Structured technical training with industry-relevant curriculum

Phase 2 – Full-Time Opportunity
From the 4th month, top-performing candidates will be offered full-time roles
Compensation: 8–12 LPA* (based on experience & performance)
Work Mode: Strictly Work From Office (Baner, Pune)
Note: Candidate performance will be evaluated continuously during training. Non-
performing candidates may be discontinued from the program.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2+ years of prior experience in any IT / technology field or domain (before the
career break) - Career break between 6 months to 5 years
- Only candidates with Graduation year 2023 or earlier and Post-Graduation year 2025 or
earlier are eligible to apply
