Role Overview
We are seeking a Healthcare RCM Subject Matter Expert / Business Analyst to support analysis, optimization, and automation of revenue cycle workflows for U.S.-based healthcare clients. The role blends domain expertise, business analysis, and data-driven problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end RCM processes: registration, eligibility, coding, claims, payments, denials & collections.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and revenue leakage in existing workflows.
- Gather and document business requirements, create process maps/BRDs, and support solution design.
- Build and maintain dashboards/KPIs (AR days, denial rates, collection metrics).
- Liaise between business and technical teams during system enhancements and automation projects.
- Support UAT, documentation, training, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, payer rules, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, RCM, or business analysis.
- Experience with EHR/RCM platforms (Epic, Cerner, etc.) preferred.
- Strong analytical skills: Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau.
- Ability to write requirements, map processes, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
