Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and street-smart Field Executive to support partnerships with hospitals across Pune. The role requires visiting hospitals, interacting with hospital staff, and collecting accurate information as per the project requirements. The candidate should be confident in communication and comfortable working in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit hospitals and healthcare facilities across Pune.
- Interact with hospital staff and gather information in a professional manner.
- Maintain proper documentation and share updates with the team.
- Build good rapport with hospital representatives for smooth partnershis.
Key Requirements:
- Strong Marathi communication skills (must be able to confidently speak with hospital staff).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Own two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory for local travel.
- Street-smart, proactive, and comfortable interacting with different stakeholders.
- Ability to ask the right questions and collect accurate details.
- Familiarity with Pune locations and hospitals is an added advantage.
