Role Overview:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition – Recruiter Intern to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, sourcing, and the hiring process while being part of a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing → onboarding)
  • Coordinate with hiring partners & candidates for placements
  • Manage staffing needs across projects
  • Utilize HR automation tools for process streamlining
  • Maintain dashboards, reports & hiring pipeline
  • Achieve goals for performance-based incentives

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing/completed degree in HR / Business or related field
  • Strong communication & people skills
  • Passionate about HR career growth
  • Good organizational skills
