Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing → onboarding)
- Coordinate with hiring partners & candidates for placements
- Manage staffing needs across projects
- Utilize HR automation tools for process streamlining
- Maintain dashboards, reports & hiring pipeline
- Achieve goals for performance-based incentives
Qualifications:
- Pursuing/completed degree in HR / Business or related field
- Strong communication & people skills
- Passionate about HR career growth
- Good organizational skills
