This is a full-time, unpaid, and free three-month training program focusing on Talent Acquisition within the Human Resources domain. The program is conducted offline at our Baner, Pune location. Participants will receive hands-on training and job assistance throughout the program. Upon successful completion and based on performance, there is potential for placement offers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Individuals with a career gap or career break.
- Professionals seeking to switch their career to Human Resources.
- A strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to commit to a full-time training schedule for 3 months.
