With more technologies and faster speed of technological advancements, what is being done by a human is increasingly being done by machines, automation, and AI. A lot of industries and functions are getting disrupted simultaneously, industries like banking, insurance and financial services, health care, customer care, and supply chain. A lot of existing job functions, roles, and skills are becoming absolute, jobs carry increasing risk of becoming redundant.
Employment is necessary for most to provide necessities food, clothing, shelter, healthcare, and education for self and family.
