- Liaise between business and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of project needs
- Conduct impact analysis and assist in improving BFSI-related workflows
- Support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including coordination with QA teams
- Participate in stakeholder discussions, validation sessions, and walkthroughs
- Ensure documentation remains accurate and updated throughout the project lifecycle
